Another year has passed and we are so pleased with all of our achievements in the past two years of establishment. They say things get better with age, well here at Yu we definintly agree. One of our greatest honours is being awarded outstanding “Chinese Food & Wine Pairing” from the International Food & Wine Society…after all food and wine is the perfect match.
After the overwhelming feedback from the previous years Odyssey of Taste, we decided to up the ante and bring it back, better than ever. Featuring a six consecutive evenings with some of North West’s most prolific chefs. We would love to say a huge thank you to Steve Smith, Yu Young Chefs, Ming Man, Lisa Allen, Nelly Robinson and last but not least, Jeremy Pang for collaborating with Victor Yu and our team at Yu. This year, Executive Head Chef, Victor Yu was inspired on his travels in Hong Kong and old family recipes when designing our new À La Carte menu, relentlessly providing our valued guests with authentic Chinese cooking with a special Yu twist. Vinny Yu’s expertise behind the bar unleashed a selection of unique, creative and delicious new cocktails. The Yu’s continue to join forces to create the perfect lavished banquet.
We simply can’t thank our talented team and our cherished guest enough.
